Gabriele is responsible for EuroGate’s strategic investment portfolio, deal structuring and deal origination.
Gabriele has worked in the private equity sector for over 5 years across 3 continents, involved in more than 10 investment operations including debt restructuring, company turnaround, private placement and startup capital raising. Gabriele is motivated by possibilities, which combined with his diverse industry experience and his entrepreneurial drive allows him to act swiftly and decisively upon opportunities by transforming them from basic frameworks into successful structures that deliver key financial results.
Gabriele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management as well as a Masters in Marketing Management from the Università Commerciale ‘Luigi Bocconi’ (Italy).
Giannandrea is a qualified lawyer who advises EuroGate and its clients, on legal matters. His areas of expertise are Corporate and IP Law, as well as Capital Markets and Regulatory jurisprudence.
In recent years, he developed a strong expertise with respect to Crypto investments and related international regulatory frameworks.
He holds a degree in law from University of Parma.
David advises on deal management and supports by managing key US investors’ relations. He’s the founder and managing director of Growth Technology Partners, an investment bank focused on startups in the tech market.
In 2015 his firm GTP completed $300MM across 30+ transactions with transactions in 4 of the top 15 companies featured on the Wall Street Journal Unicorn List. David is a force to be reckoned within any arena he chooses to enter. His ability to focus and channel his energy is his key to unlocking any door.
